Move has worked perfectly since purchase.
However, it has recently just dropped off the app and can’t get it to work. Have reset the speaker and also the router and it appeared for a while, then it goes again. If I manually turn the speaker off it reappears within the app saying offline…
Please can someone take a look at this as it is really frustrating.

What kind of router do you have? Is it a BT Smart Hub 2? If so, have a read of this article and let me know how you get on.
