sonos keeps cutting out

Hi still getting the cutting out

i have two speakers paired as stereo I originally had an odd Wi-fi setup (although that’s now sorted) but to help I hard wired one of the speakers with lan cable so to make them work on their own Wi-fi and still get the same issues

so sometimes only one speaker will play stop them both start again and they both work again but got so bad last night songs from amazon kept cutting out though Alexa so played through app instead same thing, but app occasionally said can’t reach amazon

tested Internet that’s ok so played amazon music through Alexa and that worked ok ruling out internet issues 

back through Sonos and same thing.

I’s send that diagnostic to Sonos support and get it looked at, the contact page has 24x7 options. Support does visit here (during their business hours usually) but things do get missed.
