Sonos jumps to next song or stops altogether ...

I have had this issue for a week at least, and have restarted router and everything, but to no avail,,, I now have a diagnostics number: 6823409...

Hi Claudia, have you gone through and updated your system to 7.0 which just came out? If so, are you still having trouble with the music playback?

We're seeing some connection issues with certain Spotify servers which a restart on your router would help with. Also, there are a lot of wireless networks in the area, and that restart could help if the router checks the wireless and finds a better channel.

Let us know how it's going and if you do have some more cut outs can you send in a new diagnostic too? Thanks
