Sonos dropoff and volume change

I have three Sonos and for reasons that are unknown to me, sometimes the two drop off and then come on and then drop off again. This continues to happen for a few days and then it stops. Also, when only one of the Sonos speakers play the volume tends to adjust up or down.

To date, I have tried a few things up to and including changing the WiFi channel and getting them re-registered on the network but nothing seems to be working.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
