Question

Sonos don't recognise my email address and I can sign in to add a new speaker

Hi guys,

I just updated Sonos today on my iPhone as it alerted me that new updates available.

I then tried to add a new speaker to my system.

When I press add new speaker it says that I need to sign in first.

When I sign in it doesn't register my email saying that I need to "sign in with the account that was used to set up this Sonos system"

How strange!

How can I fix this?

Your help is dearly needed!!!

Sounds like you have it all messed up. Forget adding speaker right this second. Isnyour exisring working and updated.
Yes they are but I think I might reset everything

If they are working and controller is up and you go to settings add a device it won't ask you for your email address.
