Sonos cutting out on Apple Music

Hi all,

My Sonos system today has begun cutting out within 10 seconds of playing any music using my Apple Music account.

I get a few mixed messages such as losing connection to Apple Music, not having enough bandwidth to play music and network speed being insufficient to play music.

Reality is my network speed is fine (stable and above 40mbps) and I don’t have any interfering devices, at least it played fine until today.

The Sonos speaker is one of the only devices using the 2.4Ghz network on channel 1 besides a PS4 in the same room.

Diagnostic report number is 8205541.

I’m hoping someone has any idea why it is cutting off making the speaker unplayable!
