Sonos cutting out intermittently

My system is cutting out. Seems to be a recent thing but different speakers cut out then come back on so it's not one specific speaker. Diagnostic is 6844673 any help would be appreciated. Thx

Hi Missee, sorry for the delay.

If you're still having trouble, the diagnostic was showing some very big spikes in interference from local devices. Most likely, it's your router causing interference on the Sonos players. We'd recommend changing the wireless channel on your Sonos and seeing if things improve. Your players were on channel 11 at the time of the diagnostic, but that may have changed. With wireless, the environment can change quickly, so if you haven't had any trouble of late, don't worry about changing the channel.
