Sonos Controller is Not Responding

I just recently got a Sonos player but I haven't yet been able to get the controller to run on my PC. I've tried uninstalling and checked virus and firewall settings and everything looks fine. Every time I open the program it says not responding.

I submitted a diagnostic from my iPad. Not sure if that will help. The confirmation number: 7956230
