Sonos beam working on one hdmi port but not another

My sonos beam was working fine until a couple of weeks ago.

I was wathing tv on one hdmi input and then moved to another to watch prime.

When i moved back to the orignal hmi input (for normal tv) i have no sound, but i still have sound when i change to prime...

I have changed to hdmi ports for prime and normal tv but this didnt work.

Any thoughts?

Odd. I would contact Sonos Support to discuss it. I suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, but they are only available Monday through Friday during business hours. Both the Twitter and Facebook support folks are available 24/7.
Thanks, tried this and still no sound
Try unplugging the TV from power for a minute or two, and then plugging it back in. Sounds like you need to re-force the HDMI-CEC handshake.
