Sonos beam volume kept jumping to vol 15

Hi,

Recently I discovered that my Sonos Beam column kept adjusting back to volume 15 whenever I adjusted the volume louder. The range for volume is between 0 to 15. Anymore than 15 it will auto jump back to 15. 
 

I do not have volume limit. I had also make sure my Sonos is up to date. I just submitted a diagnostic. My confirmation number is 257039574. 

Does anyone knows how to fix this issue?

Thanks for sharing the diagnostic number. It looks like there may be an issue with your Beam’s amplifier that is causing it to clamp the volume to 15%.
