Sonos Beam Not Connecting

I recently got a new router and since then the Alexa didn't work within my Sonos beam despite everything else working. So I removed the speaker and re-connected it to the new router. However, the Sonos controller app will no longer connect to the beam at all and constantly says set up incomplete? It finds the internet connection, finds the correct beam on the network but then comes up saying incomplete set up, and then says it cannot get to the network and to get the date and time on the device? I have done this and it is correct, and the internet is also on as it has only just connected to it?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the community. If you're still having trouble getting your Beam to connect, please try rebooting your router first. This should help ensure there are up to date network addresses available and may help the Beam connect. If not, please submit a diagnostic report and reply here with the confirmation number, I'll take a look for you.
