I have been using Sonos Play:1 for a few years, and everything was good. I bought a Beam today and connected it to the TV via HDMI. Immediately the audio goes on and off, and the orange LED flashed on and off. I pressed the play/pause button, and the audio stopped. The LED would then flash orange and white. I pressed the play/pause button again, and audio would resume back to normal.
I get same problem occasionally when I pause and play the music from my music library. I would sometimes get this when I change music service.
This is extremely disappointing. Is my Beam unit defective? I ran diagnostic and the number is 85983596. Thanks.
