Sonos Arc SL sound cuts in and out

Hello. My soundbar will cut out whenever streaming netflix, hulu, etc. On hulu it seems to only go out after a commercial break and then no sound will come back until I turn the tv off and on again. Both the TV and soundbar are connected to WIFI. My google wifi does not allow me to change the network channel.

What TV do you have? Are you using the TV’s internal apps?

it is a samsung q80t. And yes I use the hulu and netflix native apps, both of which support atmos

Do you have Anynet+ setup? Is HDMI eARC set to 'Auto' and Digital Output Audio set to 'Passthrough’? Is your TV’s firmware and apps up to date? Have you tried unplugging the TV and Arc for about a minute?
