Sonos app connecting to another account and device

I am in a shared house, where there are 2 of us with a Sonos speaker on the same WiFi network. Since updating the app my speaker only recognises the other email login and speaker, and I am now unable to connect to mine. On the ‘my account’ section it only shows their login details rather than my own. Please can I have some help on how to disconnect from this email, log back in with mine and use my device again?

In your controller, can you go to advanced setting and select ‘Reset Controller’. Then restart the app and select ‘Connect to Existing System’. Then choose your system.
