sonos amp wont play music but says it is on app

Hello my Sonos amp one of two was working fine for years. Till it stopped the other day. All the lights are on. I’ve checked all the wires. Did a reset to amp. Plugged the wires into the amp that does the ext speakers and the speakers all worked fine. So I’m missing something with the amp or it’s fried. Here’s the diagnostic number 242145167

If your speakers are working okay with your ‘other’ Amp and you’ve tried a factory reset already etc; then it sounds like some analog output components have perhaps finally given up, but just to be sure I would contact/chat Sonos Support via this LINK in relation to your diagnostic report to see if that’s the case. At least they may be able to offer a deal on a replacement perhaps, if required?
