Sonos Amp keeps cutting out

I have a Sonos amp connected to ceiling speakers and through a smart tv


i have no issues with the sound through amp from tv 


but for music services either via Sonos app or 3rd party apps connected via Sonos or airplay …. the sound cuts in and out.

Hi @markcorns. Thanks for posting and for the diagnostic.

I have taken a look and it appears that Sonos is having communication issues with the network. I would first recommend rebooting the router, modem, and Sonos players. If that does not help the problem, I would recommend testing the system when one of the Sonos players are hardwired to the router directly. When doing so, Sonos operates in a private network that may allow for easier communication.
