Sonos always jump from TV to music

I have Sonos beam and 2 play:1 as surround. 

My beam is connected to TV with hdmi arc but recently when I watch TV, the system jumps every few minutes to music and then I have to enter the Sonos app and select TV again.. Then another few minutes later all over again.

What is the source of the music? Is it possible that you have the Beam set as auto play on a line in somewhere? If so, make sure that is turned off in the line in’s settings.

It wouldn’t be a horrible thing to power cycle the Beam, either. 

But if neither of those work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this issue, and contact Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
