Sonos alarm not playing

A Sonos Play:1 functions as our alarm clock. About a month ago the sonos does no longer wake us up in the morning. If I push the play button, the music plays, so no WiFi problem here. Apparently your phone needs to be turned on and connected, otherwise the alarm doesn’t function anymore?

Try unplugging the Play:1 from power for about a minute.
