Hi,

I'm once again having the issue that the chime is playing instead of the radio.

Diagnostic 1753838361. Would be grateful if someone could review it.

Also, given the amount of posts I've seen in this topic, is it a software issue?

Hi, Jacob. Hello, Pete. We have had numerous reports of this occurring over the past week or so. We are investigating the issue at present. Our support teams are tracking the issue. Though there is no resolution at this time, if you are in a supported region, you can use Radio Player instead of TuneIn. Others have found success in doing so. We shall update as to this issue in due course.
