Sonos 5 sound muffled


Hello,
I was listening to my Sonos 5 (gen 1) for a few hours and suddenly the sound got muffled. I saw some reports on this at the community. Could someone help me with that?

It happens only on my Sonos 5. I use Spotify as music service.

If you try using a different music service like Radio by TuneIn, is the sound still muffled?

If so, it may be a good idea to give our support technicians a call. They are able to determine if the device needs to be replaced or not. Thanks!
I live in Brazil. Do you have any support here?
