Hello, I upgraded my internet to a better speed 1000 kbps) and my sonos 1 does not play music anymore. I reinstalled it with the cable, still not working. Will you please send me the steps to manage this? Thank you

Upgrading the speed of your modem shouldn't affect the speed of your local wifi, which is what the Sonos is connected to. You may want to read this FAQ:
