Sonos 1 no longer visible on desktop, phone or ipad.

Hi. I have been using a Sonos 3 and a Sonos 1 quite happily for the last few months. But today the Sonos App on my desktop no longer displays the Sonos 1. It also no longer appears on my phone or ipad. I haven't made any changes to my wifi and the Sonos 3 is still working. I have tried adding the Sonos 1 but it doesn't detect it. Any ideas why this has happened?

I'm assuming you're talking about a PLAY:1. Try unplugging it, wait a minute, then plug it back in. If it doesn't show up in the controller app, try plugging it directly to your router with an ethernet cord, and then submit a system diagnostic, and post the number here, for the folks at Sonos to look at.
