skipping tracks

I have a sonos3 which I use to listen to the radio and music off of my i phone via the songs app, I am getting majorly frustrated that my music either stop or skips many tracks this has just started happening i have re booted app to see if that works but to no avail, hope someone can help and can tell me how to fix my issue in layman terms as not too techy!!!!

Hi there, fiona1966. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. Typically, audio interruptions and skipping point to a problem with data getting to Sonos from the network. That being said, would you mind reproducing the problem and submitting a diagnostic report? Be sure to reply here with the confirmation number it gives at the end.
