Skipping to next song

Similar to other people here my Sonos regularly skips to the next song before the current one has finished. This only occurs when playing songs that are stored on my phone as opposed to streamed songs from Deezer.

I’m having the same issues and have called Sonos multiple times. I’m currently on hold for 30 minutes, I’m beginning to hate this system and company.
