Skipping Sonos speakers

My Sonos system skips between songs and/or drops speakers/ skips around the house. Diagnostics sent 7438721 please help fix this problem!

Welcome to the Sonos Community.

There is a large amount of wireless interference affecting your BRIDGE and "TV Room" Connect. Take a look at ways to reduce wireless interference to clear up the connection of those two players.

In addition, I would recommend changing your Sonos wireless channel to channel 11 or 1. After changing the channel, please give Sonos about 2 minutes to adjust before playing audio again. Please test out the audio on both channels for 10 minutes to see if the dropouts continue.
