I've submitted a diagnostics #7021259 any help would be greatly appreciated - its driving me nuts

Hi, Mark. Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've been encountering. It looks like your router is periodically dropping the connection to your speakers. Could you please try logging into it and fixing it to a particular channel? 1 was best at the time the diagnostics were sent, but 6 or 11 would be worth trying to. Having done this, please reboot your speakers. This should resolve the issue, however, if it does not, please let us know. Thanks.
