Skipping issue

My sonos keeps skipping songs. Sometimes for no reason, other times when I receive a text message. My diagnostic number is 7542157

Hi, sorry for the late reply.

We've reviewed your diagnostic. How is your Sonos CONNECT:AMPs wired to the network?
(are they all connected to each other and have one CONNECT:AMP wired to the router? If this is the case, the best would be to only have 3 CONNECT:AMPs wired/grouped together.
