SiriusXM not streaming -- Error messages are "unable to connect" and "songs not encoded properly"

We had a power outage the other day, and ever since we’ve been unable to stream SiriusXM (all of our other streaming services work fine). Sometimes we get this error message:

  1. “Unable to connect to SiriusXM”

And sometimes the music starts to play, but then it stops and we get the following message:

  1. “Unable to play… is not encoded properly”

I submitted a diagnostic report already. The confirmation number is 1093697395. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
