SiriusXM Account Not Recognized!

The app will not recognize my SiriusXM account with the correct credentials. Why?

Hi @Flipper0220,


SiriusXM has 2 sets of credentials for their service - one for the XM/traditional part of their service and one for Internet streaming. Please try to sign in to the SiriusXM Web Player and if successful, use those credentials to add the service to Sonos.


If you’re unable to log in there, please get in touch with SiriusXM support as we have no direct access to your Sirius account.
