My iTunes library will not shuffle play I have less than 500 songs in my library tried all the usual fixes without succcess, looking for any tips.

Our Shuffle, repeat, and crossfade songs help page explains how to shuffle queued tracks.

If you are unable to play tracks at all, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
