Setup Error

I recently bought a beam and 2 play 1’s. I connected the beam and added the two play 1’s as surround. I tuned it with trueplay and it worked just fine. However suddenly I noticed my play 1’s disconnected and weren’t playing music on full. I went through the process and set them back up. A few days later, same problem. 


Now when i go to add surrounds it finds the left and the right but then it says “preparing your speakers to work together, this might take a minute.” And then I get a setup error that says restart your router or try again later. I’ve had no success power cycling, hard resetting or restarting the WiFi. 


Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong? This is my first Sonos system.
