Services unavailable?

My Sonos is not able to hold a connection with spotify or stitcher or google music. I am able to browse, the services and access playlists, but when I try to play them I get either an 1001 error saying there is a problem adding to the queue or it says the connection with the service was lost.

I’m sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing.

Is the system, experiencing the same issue when playing internet radio stations?
To have a better understanding of the Sonos system, could you submit a diagnostic and reply with confirmation number.
