service issue

We have had no service to use Sonos with SiriusXM for two days (yesterday and now today) at our office. When do you see this issue being resolved? We have this for our clients and hard not to have this service available when we are paying for it. Thanks, Cheryl Beyer

@CBeyer9069 Hi there, thanks for reaching out. There’s been a service outage affecting SiriusXM on Sonos for a bit, but that has now been resolved. Please try to play SiriusXM again, and see how it goes. If any issues remain, try rebooting your router and speakers to make sure they’re using up to date network information, then submit a diagnostic report if that doesn’t help. Reply here with the confirmation number and I’ll take a look.
