S2 on iOS cannot find my setup

I setup my beam on s1 which was easy but after the firmware upgrade s2 is required but it cannot find my system and will not allow me to setup a new system as it gives me a network error.  Router was rebooted and it works on my Mac but not on my iPhone which is up to date.

Hi @dputnam12002, Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community. Thanks for bringing this up and we understand where you're coming. Regarding your concern, I’ll be asking some question to further assist on this issue. 

  • What is the IOS version of your iPhone?
  • Do you have another controller aside from the iPhone and the Mac, to check if the issue still persists?
  • What is the light status of your Sonos speakers?

Kindly check this about separating Sonos S1 and S2, compatible speakers.
