S2 app dropping Play:3 speakers

I have two Play:3 speakers that keep dropping from the system after I "upgraded" to the S2 app. The Sonos One I have seems to stay connected. I'm able to get the system to recognize the Play:3 speakers by unplugging them and rebooting the router, but they keep disappearing. As of right now, they are not available on my S2 app, but I can access both of them through the Alexa app and they do play music. So, I don't think it's a connectivity issue. I'd prefer to be able to go through the Sonos app as I can't group the players in the Alexa app. Any advice??

You could be experiencing WiFi interference. Read more here: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/3286?language=en_US

Are you able to directly connect any of your Sonos speakers to your router with an ethernet cable?
