Roam won't connect to my current Sonos system

Hi - I just received my Sonos Roam and it won’t connect to my current Sonos system. I have 10 other Sonos speakers throughout the house and everything works great. But I can’t get my Roam to connect (I’ve tried everything). Please help! Thanks. Paul

Which Mobile controller device/Sonos App are you using? 

What error messages are you seeing?

What is the Roam’s status light doing during your setup steps?
