Reset Large Sonos System

We are trying to factory reset a large Sonos system, around 20 Connects. Is there a way to do this as a whole, not as individual units? Another question would be is there a way to create two individual systems with these Connects on a single network? Example, Main House and Guest house, both on the same network but there are different SSID's.

To be clear, you can run multiple Sonos systems (they call them 'households') on the same network. I do so all the time.

If the systems are to operate in WiFi/Standard/Station mode then each system can only store the credentials of one SSID. However different systems can connect to different SSIDs.

Hi there, JH AV. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. At the moment, there is not a way to "batch" factory reset an entire household. This means that you will need to individually reset each speaker as you plug them back into power.

Is the Guesthouse SSID set up to be a Guest WiFi? If this is the case, Sonos will not work as expected. Guest networks tend to restrict file sharing protocols and limit connectivity to the rest of the network. If you happen to create a second "fully-fledged" network, you will likely want to plug Sonos into the device that is broadcasting the secondary SSID. Each SSID will hold a separate network.

Keep in mind: the more networks you pile on top of the same physical location, the harder it will be to keep a solid and stable connection due to the wireless interference.
