Repeating music and ads


My music, whether from Pandora or Amazon Music, is repeating. Not every song, but every few songs, and even ads, are repeating 2-3 times before it moves on to the next song. Help!!

Thanks for sending in the diagnostic reports and troubleshooting information.



Our technicians are looking into this issue. This should only affect playback when using voice control. You should be able to play the artists without repeating by using the Sonos app, or AirPlay.



We don't have a timeline for when this will be resolved, but I'll update this thread when we know more.

Your particular issue is likely due to wifi interference, with your speakers briefly disconnecting and reconnecting to your signal, and consequently repeating the playback. Might be worth reading through that FAQ and applying any or all of the recommended solutions.
