Remote not responding

I have just set up my play bar and the cable remote is not syncing. There is sound but the volume control is not responding at all. Can I sync from the beginning again?

Yes, you can sync the remote again.

Have a look at

Also make sure your remote is IR and not RF. PlayBar only works on IR
How do I know if it's IR?
Looks like I will need to consult Sonos. I tried a few things to no avail. Thank you for your help!
