Reconnecting Connect- flashing red light

Successfully set up my Sonos system including the connect. Then had to disconnect the connect product due to home improvements. It took a few months off and now it continuously flashing red regardless of my actions.

Have already attempted the following:
Restarted router
Directly connected connect to router

Does not change as the unit is nonresponsive.

Looks like you need to contact Support, Twitter or Phone is usually faster than the forums.
