Reconnect SONOS

Using SONOS/support troubleshooter to Configure Windows 10 Network and Security Settings; currently trying to allow an app through firewall, however, SONOS does no appear on the dropdown list.  How to add?


The service used to work fine from my Android phone.

If you have referenced this page for firewall settings and it hasn’t helped you connect with your Windows computer, have you checked for other security programs like Norton or McAfee?

If you are still able to connect your Android phone to your Sonos system, can you submit a diagnostic report and include the confirmation number in your response so that we can look your system over for any underlying issues?
