radio.com service is intermitent

Seems especially problematic with CBS Radio stations. They all play fine through the radio.com app, but the Sonos is not reliable. I was able to get WCCO AM and KCBS AM to work today.  But when I switched away from them to try and get WBBM AM out of Chicago or WCBS AM out of NYCit failed and then I could not get any of them to work.

Have you contacted Radio.com? As far as I am aware, all Sonos does is point your speakers to the server specified to the by Radio.com.

Quick update. It is working this morning, but … If you select a station to play it will not on the first try. You have to hit the Play button one to three times to get the stream to start. Even then, I have had instances where it will not start streaming with KCBS or WCBS.
