queue not in use

My queue indicates it is not in use.  Also the only options I have on any song that plays from any of the services are “add station to my Sonos and share this station.  So, how to I create a queue and how do I get the other options I used to have on the songs, in particular add to playlist?

I would guess you are playing a 'station', which doesn't use the Sonos queue. Try playing an album or a playlist and see what happens.
