Profile Update - Weird screen

I am trying to update my profile page in my Sonos account, but get a weird screen and can’t submit updates.  Tried on multiple browsers and with iPad vs computer.  Seems to be issue with Sonos website.

Please try to sign in once more and let us know if any issues. You may need to call in and speak with our phone agents as they may need to do a screen share with you.
