Power stopped working for playbar

All of a sudden the power went on my playbar. I've changed the fuse in the plug. It's not that. The green light on the white box (the ethernet connection)is intermittent - it won't stay stable. Any ideas what I can do? I've had it for about 2 years and this has never happened before.

Is the power connector fully inserted into the back of the PLAYBAR? The shoulder on the plug should go right into the opening, such that its top is flush with the surrounding surface.
Hi Ratty. Thanks, but yes it is. It was working perfectly fine one second and then the sound just stopped - without me pressing anything or moving anything....
It sounds like it could be a hardware fault. Call Sonos Support.
