Port cuts in and out, other rooms keep playing

I have a brand new port and the sound cuts in and out when playing music. It is hard wired to network. It is connected to an Onkyo receiver. Onkyo does not cut in and out for other sources.

I checked the diagnostic, I don’t see the Port in the diagnostic; which means it’s having trouble connecting or it’s experiencing other issues.

We would need to check the status of the Sonos Port. Check what color the LED light it’s showing and if it’s blinking?

To check if it still responding, press the infinity button on the back. It should show a Blinking Amber LED light.

Also, since you mentioned it’s wired to the network; kindly check the Ethernet cable as well.
