Poor wifi signal after sonos connection

Hi, my wifi signal is about 500mbps before sonos connection. Whenever I on and connect Sonos Beam to the wifi router, the wifi signal will degrade by 75% after wireless connection. 
 

Can anyone advise how to resolve this issue? Thank you

I moved my Sonos off my home WiFi by running an Ethernet connection to one of my Sonos (not a sub or surround) devices from my main router unit. That ended all the WiFi issues and is rock solid running on the SonosNet wired/wireless connection.

If you can’t easily wire something you could add a Boost (not a old Bridge) to accomplish the same thing.

If you submit a diagnostic from your Controller and post the number here the Sonos staff may be able to give you more information, they can see things we users can’t.
