Podcast and music skipping

Hi my system is skipping both podcasts and music tracks since I got it. It does it randomly - no sequence but rarely get tow tracks completed, and no podcast completes. I've rebooted wifi, relocated Sonos speakers etc, no help. Can you help please? Diagnostic number is 8034476

Hello, orlahoward. Thanks for posting and for the diagnostic report. If you are still having these problems, you may want to give our technicians a call. They can work with you to troubleshoot in real time and determine the cause of the audio dropouts. Based on the diagnostic report, I can see the speakers are having a hard time remaining connected to the wireless network.
