plugged my One into my router, now Sonos cant find that speaker

I recently moved my router to another floor. I used to have my router  connected to my Beam, now it’s connected to a One. But ever since I plugged the router into the One, the One doesn’t play, and Sonos can’t even find it. Still, the rest of my system is working fine. Anybody have any solutions to this?

Many apologies for the late response. Can you tell me what is the LED light doing on your Sonos One? For a start, go to Find Missing Product within the Sonos app and let me know if you are able to get your Sonos One back online.
