players dropped off the system

just updated my controller to 8.3.1 and suddenly various players not visible on some devices (phone / computer) and visible on others, play 5 not visible at all, what has happened ? No change in network performance, have moved the players closer to router and they still can't re-connect

Hello there, kt805. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. Is it possible to plug one of your Sonos devices into the router using an Ethernet cable? This will ensure a strong and stable connection to Sonos and should get the system back up. After, please submit a diagnostic report and reply with the seven-digit confirmation number it gives at the end.
